“Downtown” St. Albert on a Sunday evening. Hardly anyone else around (unless you’re on one of the nearby bike paths – then you’d better watch out). It was a great spot for a photo session with our cousins! Well, my husband’s cousin’s family, to be more exact. It’s been almost a year since I took photos of Carson & Clayton after asking their mom if I could use them for “practice”. She not only agreed, but she sent LOTS of families my way almost immediately afterwards! I went from 0 to 60 last September – and I’m still trying to catch my breath! I’m so grateful for all of it. I look back at the photos from last year and I can see how much I’ve improved and how my style has changed. And next year, and the year after that I’ll be saying the same thing. Photography is like that – you’re never done learning and your style and skills are constantly evolving. It’s wonderfully challenging. I can’t wait to see what “year 2″ will bring.
Thanks for all the support, cousins!!
p.s. to all my family seeing these pics – don’t show Aunty Ev! Her birthday’s coming…
